Our mission
To develop a trustworthy, end-user driven generative AI Virtual Assistant that listens to patients in their own words, supports
healthcare professionals with clear recommendations and provides health systems with real-time, equity-sensitive intelligence, bridging lived experience, clinical decision making and policy planning to improve how burden is captured and addressed.
Objectives
1. Capture patients’ lived experiences using a multilingual AI that analyses unstructured narratives.
2. Transform patient narratives into structured insights and guideline-based clinical recommendations.
3. Demonstrate clinical benefits through a multi-country randomised trial.
4. Validate AI-generated burden scores and identify patient burden trajectories.
5. Provide policymakers with AI-driven insights for health planning and equity monitoring.
6. Ensure inclusive, safe and trustworthy AI through co-creation with patients and healthcare
professionals.
